Shipping details: Please note that products are normally shipped within 7 days of receipt of an order. We ship to customers in the United Kingdom and Europe only. For areas outside these territories please contact us for quotes.

Refund and Return Policy:

The purchaser has the right to cancel their order within seven (7) days of their contract with Preventative Measures Inc (herein after referred to as "PMI") , or seven (7)days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).PMI reserves the right to refuse any returns.
PMI may charge a 15% restocking fee on any returned goods at PMI's sole discretion.
PMI will not accept returns under the following conditions: * Goods have been damaged or noticeably deteriorated in quality to the extent that they are not suitable for resale. This will be determined upon inspection of the returned goods by staff of PMI. There will be no credit issued for such goods or any costs incurred by the customer in returning the goods and/or including shipping and handling charges; * Any products, that are returned that have been opened (such as but not limited to product seals having been broken, opened or damaged) will not be accepted; * PMI is unable to verify proof of purchase of goods from PMI. Returns should be accompanied with the invoice provided at time of purchase.
Refunds will be given after the return has been approved by PMI staff. Refunds may be a) credited to an existing account; b) paid by cash or cheque; or c) credited to a credit card. The refund will be credited or paid according to the payment terms of the original sale, unless otherwise agreed to by PMI.
